While we are upgrading our SUV (actually, it got vandalized and was certified “totaled” by ICBC so we had no choice but to get something new…) Christian’s also upgrading his ride. Check it out, pretty cool…and it’s very environmental-friendly and most of all, he seems to like it a lot!

Here are a few of the photos we’ve taken so far: Hong Kong Disneyland (Christian went on 3 of the rides and saw the Christmas parade), the Peak, ferry-ride from Central, etc. Hopefully, we’ll be uploading more later on…

It’s 3 days to Christmas and it just doesn’t feel like Christmas yet. There’s no Christmas tree this year as I don’t think the hotel would appreciate a 5 ft. tall tree in the room. No presents, though I already got Christian a stocking, but it’ll be hung over his crib and not the fireplace [...]

Tart and I (and Mom) left Vancouver on Thursday wee morning for Hong Kong. The flight was better than I expected. Maybe it’s because of the wider, more comfy first class seat, or maybe it’s just that mid-night flights work better for toddlers – whatever it is, Tart fell asleep before the plane took off [...]

We got the first “dump” of snow last Thursday and since I was working from home that day, I decided not to waste the fresh powder and take Tart out to the front yard to play. Snow suit, snow booties and mittens later…Tart was petrified! He just stood there, frozen, with his arms held up [...]
