煲羅宋湯 (Borscht, the way Mom makes it)
Mom was telling me the other day that whatever I eat in the first three months goes to my thighs and hips, what I eat in the next 6 months goes to the baby. I’ve been giving into cravings a lot lately, eating a lot of rice noodle, bread and chocolate, which is not good. So, after a long day of thinking, I’ve decided to stop all unhealthy eating habits and concentrate on eating more healthy. This morning, I woke up and went to the supermarket and got celery, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, potatoes, onions, chicken broth and ox tail and I made a big pot of 羅宋湯.
That’s what Jason and I had for dinner…oh yah, we made Shake & Bake drumsticks and wings, too. I also made a batch of ginger cookies.
